Anonymous 311 Complaint

As a neighbor concerned about crime and safety issues in our community, please use this form to submit an anonymous 311 complaint for all problem properties currently identified by Westgate Watch. This includes addresses with patterns of narcotics distribution, prostitution, and property crimes with a documented history of repeated police response.

The persistent problems at all of these addresses have been reported to the city previously. This form is only intended to provide a more convenient followup. Please use the city's form for matters not related to crime and safety.
